What to expect for your portraits

Every session includes pre-planning so we can work together to ensure you have everything you need for your perfect session. We'll go over the details during a phone consult.

Head shots and Portraits includes:
Pre planning
 30 minute session
20 High Res Images on a hosted online gallery,
Travel (up to 60 miles)  
Signature editing style.
SESSION FEE: $350

Makeup and hair can be included for $200

*additional permit cost anywhere from $150-$300 apply for shoots in DC.

Ready to book?

Simply contact us for your preferred session date, we'll send over a portrait contract, an invoice for your setting fee, and set your date! You'll officially be booked. You can pick your image gallery package before or after your session.

How Do I Book A Portrait Session?

Up to 3o minute shoot, signature editing style, gallery fee to host images, 20 high res images,  travel (up to 60 miles), pre-planning and preparation.
Images and products are sold separately.

What's Included in the Portrait Session Fee?

Anywhere from 3-6 weeks in advance is an ideal time-frame to book out.Products typically take around 2-4 weeks to arrive so keep that in mind during scheduling. Permits in DC require 2 week processing time.We'll work together to find the best availability for you.

When Should I Book My Portrait Session?

If your shoot is outdoors, we watch the weather closely prior to your portrait photography session. A paid app allows us to see any breaks in weather and we'll utilize covered areas if possible during inclement weather and work with you on a back up plan.

What Happens During Inclement Weather?

Portrait Sessions are scheduled typically around sunset or sunrise when outdoors to capture images during the best light. Indoors, session times vary. Most sessions are scheduled during the week. Days such as Saturdays and Sundays are busiest for foot traffic in city areas. Permit fees do apply anywhere with an additional cost anywhere from $150-300 in certain areas of DC. Permits require a two week processing time.

How Do We Stay in Touch Before my Session?

We'll go over a few details, such as exact location, timing and what to expect. You'll have our cell number on the day of in case of any delays or changes you might run into.
